Linzay Davis
Founder and CEO
Linzay Davis is mom to two little girls, and after her unpaid parental leave with her second daughter went terribly wrong she quit and started Hello, Bundle, a parental leave consulting agency, helping new and expecting parents get the parental leave they deserve. Her goal is to make sure every working mom understands her pregnancy rights and protections so she can confidently advocate for herself and take the longest, paid parental leave possible.
She lives in San Diego with her husband, their daughters, her mom, and their two dogs. When she's not coaching expecting parents over Zoom, she loves taking long walks on the beach, going on family camping trips in their tiny trailer, and reading books from the library.
Stacy Crocker
CA Parental Leave Consulting Specialist
Stacy is a San Diego native and mom to twin boys and a dog named Pumpkin. I'm so excited to join Hello, Bundle and help parents confidently navigate parental leave! At 31 weeks pregnant with her boys she went to a routine doctor appointment and walked out unexpectedly on disability and modified bedrest. Despite her career and professional experience handling tricky tax and accounting issues, the scarcity of information and complexity surrounding parental leave left her dazed and confused. In the end, she was able to take over seven months of parental leave and loves her role as Hello, Bundle’s California specialist helping other new and expecting parents in CA maximize their parental leave benefits so they can take the paid time off they deserve.
Danielle Moroukian
NY and NJ Parental Leave Consulting Specialist
Danielle grew up in NY, went to school at Boston University, and spent 13 years in international marketing before settling back in upstate NY with her husband and daughter. She loves all things outdoors: skiing, hiking, paddle boarding, trail running. She and her husband even lived in a tiny log cabin in the Adirondacks for a while.
She also got engaged, married, had a baby, and bought a house all in the same year... because when Danielle commits, she goes all in. 👏
And now, she’s all in on helping you figure out parental leave.
Laura Vigliotta
MA and DC Parental Leave Consulting Specialist
After navigating and planning for her parental leave with much uncertainty and many unanswered questions, including having to call her short-term disability provider from the hospital after her son’s birth, Laura understands the many challenges that parents face at this life stage. This has fueled Laura’s desire to be a part of Hello Bundle’s mission of challenging the status quo surrounding parental leave.
Her background in customer experience and management consulting, along with her personal journey through infertility treatment make her a strong ally in navigating options around what matters most for clients. She understands, first-hand, how frustrating and time consuming this process can be and wants to help make it easier for parents and parents-to-be.
